Explosion-Proof Refrigeration Air Handling Unit

An explosion-proof refrigeration air handling unit refers to power supply restrictions that isolate the electrical power from electronic components. Measures are taken to eliminate external interference electromagnetic fields from coupling into the electronic components through relays or current output terminals, and to restrict the operating power supply and voltage of the sensing circuit. The circuits can be divided into two categories: IA and IB. IB circuits must ensure that under normal operating conditions and in the event of a single fault in the system, the circuit components do not produce sparks. IA circuits require that under normal operating conditions and in the event of two faults, the components do not produce ignition sparks.

Unit Selection

Explosion-proof refrigeration air handling units are divided into split-type and integrated units. Split-type units are suitable for space cooling, with an installation method similar to that of household air conditioners: the condenser is installed outdoors, while the main unit is installed indoors. Integrated units are more widely applicable; the main unit for space cooling is placed outdoors, and then air ducts are connected to lead indoors. Note: This is fresh air, but it can also be designed as recirculated air.

Equipped with Class III explosion-proof fans, scientifically selected for high air volume, long-distance air delivery, low noise, and reliable performance, ensuring both air volume and pressure head. The fan bearings use lithium-based grease, allowing long-term operation without the need for additional lubricating oil.

3. Indirect Class III explosion-proof compressor, using Class III explosion-proof measures to isolate the compressor from the external environment.

4. Fully optimized combination of technical parameters, with all indicators meeting standards.

Application Range:

Explosion-proof refrigeration air handling units are suitable for industries such as petroleum, chemical, coal mining, and marine engineering, in normal working environments: Class IIA, IIB, and IIC areas where indoor temperature and humidity control is required.

Equipment Packaging and Transportation

1. For customers with shorter distances, the equipment is packaged with cardboard and protective film, and transported by dedicated vehicles.
